Fleur van der Heul
Registered Clinical Counsellor
Fleur is a dedicated mental health professional with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in supporting individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and also has expertise in areas such as anger management, self-harm, OCD, LGBTQ+ issues, and school- or work-related stress.
Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness, providing clients with evidence-based tools to manage emotional and behavioral challenges effectively.
Fleur has worked in a range of clinical settings, including roles as a Child and Youth Mental Health Clinician and Psychometrist at the Maples Adolescent Treatment Centre and Youth Forensic Psychiatric Services.
In addition to therapy, Fleur offers Executive Function Coaching—a highly effective form of academic coaching designed to help individuals develop essential skills such as organization, planning, time management, prioritization, sustained focus, and self-monitoring. This coaching is ideal for students and professionals aiming to work more independently and efficiently.
Fleur holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University, as well as a Master’s in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology from the University of Utrecht (Netherlands) and Simon Fraser University.
She offers both in-person and online sessions for maximum flexibility and accessibility.

"Gurprit is a highly experienced Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), recognized for her compassionate approach to supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. She brings over 15 years of clinical experience to her practice.
Gurprit specializes in working with adults and youth who are navigating a range of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, addictions, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She also supports clients dealing with compassion fatigue, burnout, life transitions, low self-esteem, LGBTQIA+ related concerns, and stress related to work, school, and relationships.
Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. She is also trained in Observed & Experiential Integration (OEI), a gentle and effective trauma therapy that supports emotional processing and healing. Gurprit also offers Executive Function Coaching.
Known for her client-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed approach, Gurprit creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel seen, heard, and respected. She works collaboratively with clients to identify their goals, develop practical coping strategies, and foster lasting emotional resilience and personal growth.
